Drawing will be held at the Peter Pan performance on Sunday, August 19, 2007 at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre. Winner need not be present to win.

Only 500 tickets will be sold.

This Mercury Mariner Hybrid is provided by Safford Lincoln Mercury, 3110 Automobile Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD 20904

1. Raffle prize is choice of a Mercury Mariner Hybrid or $25,000 cash. If less than 100 tickets are sold, MTC may cancel the Raffle and refund all ticket purchases.

2. Only 500 tickets will be sold. If 500 tickets are not sold by 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2007, MTC will award the winner 50% of ticket sales by splitting proceeds, less expenses, between MTC and winner.

3. Raffle will close when 500 tickets are sold or at 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2007, whichever occurs first. Internet and phone sales end at 3 p.m. on August 16, 2007.

4. If winner chooses the car, winner will be responsible for all taxes, title, registration, license and delivery charges from Safford Lincoln Mercury. Car color, interior/exterior options and features to be determined by dealer.

5. Winner will be determined by drawing at the 2 p.m. show on Sunday, August 19, 2007 at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre in Rockville, MD.

6. Winner’s name will be available to the media and announced via MTC’s website and printed literature.

7. Late, lost, postage-due or reproduced tickets will not be honored.

8. The purchase price of a raffle ticket is not tax-deductible.

9. All participants must be 18 years old and winner need not be present to win. MTC full-time employees are not eligible.
