The Musical Theater Center Summer Camp

What you will need
ALL CAMPERS
Black jazz shoes will be used daily.
Black jazz pants are required for the performance.
Labeled lunch bag/drink. Lunches will not be refrigerated.
No conflicts are expected for the entire camp. Each day builds on material presented the previous day.
MUSICAL THEATER CAMPERS
Wear clothing that is comfortable for movement and dance, such as biker shorts or soccer shorts, and close-fitting tops. Baggy shirts, skirts and jeans of any type are not permitted.
Three-ring binder for music and/or scripts and a digital recorder on which to record music for rehearsal at home.
Hours/Extended Hours
Musical Theater Summer Day Camps begin at 9:00 a.m.
Campers are asked to arrive 8:45-9:00 a.m. each morning as the program starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Extended hours in the morning (8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.) and the afternoon (camp end - 6:00 p.m.).
Before-care fees are $10.00.
After-care fees are $10.00 per hour based on camps hours. You pay on an as-needed basis (per day).

Roll your way through the summer at CAMP XANADU!
Come experience a time when polyester, mood rings, pet rocks and roller skates RULED! Students will have lessons in voice, acting and dance in the morning (in which campers are divided by age groups/ability), and rehearse scenes, songs and dances from the show XANADU in the afternoon.
The camp concludes with a performance of the show on the final Friday.

Children are the stars at CAMP BROADWAY KIDS!
Celebrate the Broadway shows where kids take center stage and are in the spotlight! Learn songs and dances from Annie, Oliver, Peter Pan, Honk, The Sound of Music, Willy Wonka and more! Students will have lessons in voice, acting and dance in the morning, and rehearse in the afternoon.
In this camp, students will have lessons in voice, acting, dance (in which campers are divided by age groups/ability) in the morning, and rehearse for a performance on the final Friday.

Defy gravity this summer in our WICKED WIZARD OF OZ CAMP!
The old meets the new at this camp where you will learn songs and dances from the wildly “popular!” new Broadway show WICKED, and also from the classic story that started it all, THE WIZARD OF OZ. Students will have lessons in voice, acting and dance in the morning (in which campers are divided by age groups/ability), and rehearse in the afternoon.
The camp concludes with a performance on the final Friday.

Come experience the shows that have been seen on both stage and screen in our BROADWAY GOES TO THE MOVIES CAMP!
Learn songs and dances from Oklahoma!, West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Saturday Night Fever, Hairspray and many more! Students will have lessons in voice, acting and dance in the morning (in which campers are divided by age groups/ability), and rehearse in the afternoon.
The camp concludes with a performance on the final Friday.

a camp t-shirt
Pizza Day (daytime camps only) - Cheese pizza is provided for lunch on Wednesday. Parentsare asked to help with fruit and dessert.
Multiple Registration Tuition Discount: If a student registers for more than one camp session, camps of the same or lower price are discounted 5%. If a family has multiple registrations (siblings), the first camp tuition is full price and each additional registration receives a 5% discount. Cannot be combined with Early Pay Discount.
EARLY PAY DISCOUNT! Good through April 1. Pay camp tuition in full at time of registration and receive and a 7% discount on all camps in which you enroll. (Not valid with Multiple Registration Tuition Discount.)
MTC provides musical theater experiences to all children regardless of income. Needs-based financial assistance is available. Inquire at the MTC office for an application.
